Terms
These terms cover routecatch.com and the systems RouteCatch LLC ("RouteCatch", "we") builds and runs for service businesses. They are short on purpose.
The work itself
What we build for a business, what it costs and how long it runs are set out in a written agreement signed by that business. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Using the system
- Each business is responsible for the information it puts in, and for having its customers' permission to contact them by email or text.
- The private links that open a business's screens are like keys. Keep them to the people who should have them, and tell us if one needs replacing.
- Do not use the system to send messages people did not ask for, or for anything unlawful.
Your information
A business's records belong to that business. How we handle them is on the Privacy page.
Figures and advice
Numbers in an audit or on a screen are worked out from the business's own records and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not accountants, lawyers or tax advisers, and nothing we provide is that advice.
When something goes wrong
If the system is down we fix it first. The system is provided as is, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees the business paid us in the three months before it.
Stopping
A business can stop at any time on the notice in its agreement. We hand over a full export of its records within 14 days and then delete our copy.
Changes, and the law
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. They are governed by the laws of Texas.
