Who we are

I’ve seen the problems from both sides.

On the truck and at the door, I watched the same things cost a company money, customers and good crew.

I'm Blake Leach, founder of RouteCatch. I've been a pest tech for Impact Pest Control, did lawn maintenance and septic for Colorado Contracting, and was a plumbing tech for SNP Plumbing. I also spent four months knocking doors for Impact, and brought in $150,046 across 163 accounts.

From both sides I saw where it slipped: outstanding balances, cards on file, what techs told customers, what techs told the office, new customers nobody visited, repairs found but never quoted, quotes and callbacks nobody followed up on, and leads that never got a call back. Each one cost the company money, and it wore on the customers and the crew too.

None of it was anyone's fault. There was no system. I founded RouteCatch to be that system.
